to set up their stands

SATURDAY
Trade hall set-up 08:30  
Doors open 09:00  
Opening Ceremony 09:45  
Lectures 10:15 to 17:00  
Exhibition hall closes 17:00  
BCRA AGM 17:00  
Meal & Guest speaker 18:30 Meal must be booked in advance
Stomp & Bar 20:30  
SUNDAY
Doors open 09:00  
Lectures 09:30 to 16:00  
Exhibition hall closes 16:15  
Closing ceremony 16:15 to 17:00
