It works like this...

• You should complete this form and click the Submit button at the bottom.
• The web server then sends you a confirmation of your entry by email, including a copy of your entry form and a reference number.
• The form data is stored in a web cookie on your computer, and any time you re-visit this web page, the form data is re-loaded for you. This means that you can re-submit a form making any alterations that you want to.
• At the Photo Salon check-in desk we will give you the pre-printed labels you need to display your prints.

However ...

• Please note that if you complete this form after 5pm on Thursday 23 September then we cannot guarantee to receive your entry. The web server will still email you a copy of your entry form, so please print this and bring it with you. And even though we may not be able to pre-print your labels, your online entry will still save us from having to decipher your handwriting.
• Please note that it is an additional condition of entry to the competition that all your online entries appear on one form. You can re-submit the form if you want to make changes, but you cannot enter some photos from one form and some from another. It will just make our lives too difficult.

Please enter up to eight photos in each category, and specify any special sections such as Premier Trophy, Cave Life, etc. It does not matter in what order you list your photos, nor if you leave blank lines. The form will warn you if you exceed any competition limits, i.e.

• Premier Trophy: limit of five entries (colour or monochrome prints)
• Cave Life: limit of three entries (colour or monochrome prints, or digital files)
• Moore Books: limit of three entries (colour or monochrome prints)
• Fun Shot: limit of three entries (digital files)
